What is Gift Registry?
The Gift Registry is a feature by which you can shortlist items across Nathu sweets and pastry shop and store them for future access and convenient purchases subsequently. You can even allow your friends / relatives to access your gift registry to help them gift you items of your interest.
How do I remove items from the cart?
When you login to your Shopping Cart you can view the
contents and change them too. To remove an item, click on
the "Delete" button.
What is a Shopping Cart?
An online shopping cart is similar to the cart you use in physical supermarkets. You add items that you wish to purchase into it and proceed to pay for your order. You can add as many items you want from any of our stores.
What is My Account?
"My Account" allows you complete control over your transactions at Nathu sweets and pastry shop. Not only can you manage / edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids, you can change your user ids and passwords. You can also track the status of your pending orders or edit them through this section.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charge is not applicable in any purchase from Nathu sweets and pastry shop. For more details read Charges and Policies.
What about other taxes and levies like sales tax, octroi etc.?
All item prices on Nathu sweets and pastry shop are inclusive of sales tax (wherever applicable), and hence you need not add anything to the price of the item to account for sales tax. Some states in India however have additional levies like octroi. These are additional and need to be borne by you, wherever applicable.
Do you deliver to locations outside India?
No, we do not deliver items ordered online to outside India. Within India, we deliver most items over 100 locations in the country.
What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from Nathu sweets and pastry shop?
If an item ordered by you on Nathu sweets and pastry shop is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please update us at customer service for a replacement. When we ship out the replacement item to you, we will also have the defective / damaged item picked up from you at our cost.

There is nothing to pay for Gift Wrapping Sheets, But we only provide sheets according to the size of the product, if a user orders 5 wrapping sheets and ordered gifts are small in size and can be wrapped in 2 sheets easily then only 2 sheets will be given and not 5.

Is there any minimum order value that I need to order?
No. You can order as much or as little you want from any of our stores. At Nathu sweets and pastry shop, we believe that all orders, irrespective of their values are equally important.
Can I cancel an order or change the order after it is placed?
You cannot cancel orders for customized items since all these items are manufactured / procured specifically against your order.
How do I check the current status of my orders?
You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with Nathu sweets and pastry shop.
To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “My Account” link in the top right of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “Track Your Pending Orders” link to view the status of all orders that have not yet been fully delivered. To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.
To review the details of orders that have already been fulfilled, you can click on “Review Your Purchase History” link on your My Account page. To get the details of a specific order, click on the specific Order Number.
